happy father's day to all the dads who deserve it!
a day of celebration for some - a day of hiding for others. phone calls are crisscrossing the nation at this moment carrying messages oozing with love and respect. phones are unplugged at some homes to avoid the day. e-mails are flooding the land lines and air waves as they hurry to greet the intended. mail personnel will be glad to see mid-week arrive freeing them from hallmark's grip.
a chosen few bearing the titles of "father", "dad", "daddy", "pop" will sit all day waiting and wondering. some know why . . . .
